On a daily basis, we work with clients who live as far away as Alaska & Hawaii! Our Graphic Artists specialize in determining exactly what a client is looking for so they can then design a unique & beautiful monument to honor our client’s loved one(s).

Ordering and designing your loved one’s monument online allows you to get exactly what your are looking for without having to take time out of your busy day to visit out offices in person. The option to order online also allows you to keep everyone in your family involved in the design process without the ordeal of attempting to coordinate a time to schedule an appointment with a local office that would work for everyone.

The process of ordering and designing a monument online is quite simple! 

Browse through our website at http://www.mikeslaseretching.com/index.html and take a look at all the different monument options we have to offer. Keep in mind that if you cannot locate exactly what you are looking for, we are able to design and order custom monuments for our clients. 

Once you have chosen the monument you would like to purchase, we will work with you to create a FREE preview. If you are unable to locate a design to your liking in our design catalog at http://www.mikeslaseretching.com/laser_designs.html, just let us know what you have in mind and we will create the design you had in mind.

If you are including a picture in the design, the original can either be scanned and emailed or mailed to us. If you choose to mail the picture, we will scan it and return it to you immediately, to ensure that you do not go too long without it. If you choose to mail your original image, or we request the original due to the scanned image being of low quality, please be sure to write “DO NOT BEND” on the envelope. We also suggest that you place piece of cardboard, cut down to the size of the envelope, in with the picture. This will ensure that the original is not bent while being mailed.

Once you have approved the monument design, we will email or mail a preview approval form, which you must then review, sign, date and return to us. The signed preview can either be scanned and emailed or mailed. We WILL NOT PROCESS A STONE UNTIL THE SIGNED PREVIEW APPROVAL IS RECEIVED. This is to ensure that the spelling on the monument is correct and the design placement is exactly where you wish it to be. Our processing time begins from the day we receive the signed preview approval.

Once we have processed the monument, laser etching and/or sandblasting it and adding any porcelain portraits, we will notify you that the monument is complete. In addition to contacting you, we will forward a picture of the finished monument. We are now asking that those clients with a Facebook account “Like” our page. Once they have done this, we will be able to upload the picture of the completed monument to our Facebook page and tag the client in the picture. This allows them to then easily share the image with their friends and family.
